Russian clothing retailer Concept Group scales multi-brand stores

Russian apparel retailer Concept Group is scaling its store format with three of its own brands. This will close different consumer missions in one place with a single loyalty program and optimize the company's growth and profitability in the long term, the group's press service said.

The company currently owns 18 multi-brand stores in various cities. The average area of such stores is about 400 square meters. The assortment in such outlets is 20% larger on average and the average bill is 13-15% higher.

In May the company plans to open up to 10 new multi-brand stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaluga, Kazan and Voronezh.

"The multi-brand business model is considered more flexible, and such a store is always more attractive to customers. We are ready to experiment with formats, as it is important for us to constantly listen to consumers and improve their lives, especially in difficult economic conditions. We are confident that this offer will strengthen the position of our brands and meet the high consumer demand in the company's perimeter. At the same time we do not exclude that the multi-brand store opening program can be adjusted depending on the customer feedback," - commented the Concept Group CEO Anastasia Nemaeva.
