One fifth of Russia's non-resource exports are supported by the state, said Denis Manturov, head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Russian suppliers, in particular, are compensated from the budget for logistics costs, subsidized interest rates on loans and indirect support through meetings of intergovernmental commissions.
Last year, agricultural exports from Russia, according to department estimates, increased by 15%, and in the industrial sector - by 30%. These figures are "cleared" of inflation and exchange rate differences.
In 2019, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated the launch of national projects, for example, one of them focuses on international cooperation and exports. His goal is to build new economic ties and develop the supply of domestic products abroad.
