Unicraft, founded in 2016, provides IT services and distance learning solutions to employees. The goal of the company is to help entrepreneurs effectively manage technology and realize their vision through employee training.
Unicraft provides a full range of e-learning start-up services: an audit of the current training system, a catalogue of ready-made courses for each business function, development of custom training courses, and a comprehensive corporate training implementation project.

In December 2019, Unicraft won as the best startup in the Winter Island Work Intensive in Sochi. Following the event, Unicraft was able to sign an agreement with Global Inc. for mutual collaboration and market interaction in India.
Products
Unicraft's main product is an employee learning platform (LMS) that targets small and medium-sized businesses. LMS is a corporate knowledge repository that can be accessed from any device from anywhere in the world. The platform has a modern UX/UI, is easy to manage, aims at quick start and can be put into operation immediately by the user. LMS allows you to create training courses, manage the training of employees, automatically checks the tests and records how much time each user studied. The system generates data in the form of a consolidated report, so it is easier to evaluate the level of training of employees.
The system makes it possible to save all the knowledge about the company's business technologies and quickly distribute it to new employees, as well as to quickly adapt new employees, improve the qualifications of the current staff and perform regular appraisals.
With the help of the online service you can quickly describe your company's technologies, package those technologies into training courses, assign training to employees and subsequently monitor the understanding and application of that knowledge in practice.
