Turnover between the Tyumen region and Azerbaijan increased 3.3 times

Tyumen region increased its trade turnover with Azerbaijan by 3.3 times in 2021, according to the information center of the regional government.

In monetary terms, the turnover amounted to 2.43 million dollars, of which exports - 2.4 million dollars, imports - 36 thousand dollars.

It is worth mentioning that the sides are planning to develop cooperation in the oil and gas sector, develop business in the Petrochemical Cluster established on the basis of Tobolsk Sibur.

A draft agreement on cooperation in trade and economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural spheres is in the final stage of preparation.
