Finnish porridge producer Nordic sold its business in Russia for €1.5 million

Finnish food producer Raisio, the owner of Nordic brand, sold its business in Russia for 1.5 million euros.

According to the company, the asset was purchased by the Russian company Copacker Agro Ltd.

The Nordic brand is presented on the Russian and Belarusian markets. Under this brand they sell cereals, flakes, muesli and other products.

Copacker Agro Ltd company is one of the leaders of the Russian market of food contract manufacturing and packaging.
