Media: two more marketplaces allowed to sell goods from the list of parallel imports
Earlier such a decision was made by the marketplace Wildberries, RIA Novosti news agency reported. However, the company noted that it was taking measures to prevent the possible appearance of counterfeit goods.
According to a representative of Yandex.Market, when concluding an agreement with the marketplace the sellers, just as in the case of conventional imports, guarantee that the products comply with all the requirements of Russian law and are legally introduced into circulation.
According to the newspaper, the sale of goods from the list of parallel imports is also allowed by Ozon. However, specific products from this list are not yet available on the site, as not all sellers have had time to study the legal framework.
