Japanese authorities will ban export of high-tech equipment to Russia from May 20, reported the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of the country.
In particular, supplies of electronic and atomic force microscopes, 3D printers, powdered metals and their alloys, equipment for production of organic LEDs, microelectromechanical systems, semiconducting and electrically conductive polymers and other equipment and components will be suspended.
Earlier, the United States imposed a similar ban on Russia.
