"Tkachev Agrocomplex acquired Vadim Varshavsky's former pig farm

"Agrocomplex named after Tkachev. Tkachev Agrocomplex bought a large pork-breeding enterprise, Russkaya Porkina LLC, in Rostov Region. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

According to a representative of Agrokomplex, last year the average herd of Russian Pork was 170 thousand pigs, and the sales volume exceeded 34 thousand tons in live weight, Interfax writes.

Information about the new subsidiary of Agrokomplex was entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on March 31.

According to SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Russian Pork LLC was registered in 2005 in Kamensky District of Rostov Region, the agrarian enterprise is engaged in pig breeding. Revenue in 2020 was about 3.2 billion rubles, net loss - 546 million rubles.
