Russian Trade Representative in Armenia Anna Donchenko held a meeting with the leadership of the "Hevel" group of companies on expanding the presence of the domestic manufacturer in Armenia.
During the talks they discussed the potential to increase exports of photovoltaic converters and photovoltaic modules from Russia and localization of the company's production processes in Armenia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
Donchenko told the representatives of Hevel about the opportunities to promote products in this country, the specifics of the market and the current customs and tax legislation.
"The market of electric power industry of Armenia is dynamically developing and our common task is to promote the integration of Russian companies in the formation of new production and logistics chains, contributing to the strengthening of bilateral trade and industrial cooperation and deepening of cooperation ties in the Eurasian Economic Union space", she noted Donchenko.
"Hevel was founded in 2009 and is the only vertically integrated manufacturer of solar modules in Russia.
