Students from Kostanay Regional University have begun a two-month internship at the Kamaz engine plant in Naberezhnye Chelny, according to the company's press service.
The Russian automotive giant is currently implementing several major projects in Kazakhstan, such as the KamLitKZ plant for the production of iron castings in the industrial zone of Kostanai. The company expects that the students, who have completed their internships, will work at KamLitKZ's facilities in the future.
Another group of students will come for practical training in the summer, the press service noted. The exchange of knowledge is part of Kamaz's cooperation with Kazakhstan.
