Unicraft's online employee learning management platform wins at Winter Island

Unicraft, which provides IT services and e-learning solutions for employees, has been recognised as the best project at the Export Track at Winter Island, which took place in Sochi in December 2019.

A total of around 200 startups with ready-made strategies and solutions to enter the international market participated in the Export Track, which is part of the event's programme. Only 15 best teams were selected out of the announced participants.

Based on the results of the track, the participants of the event signed 236 agreements, in particular with foreign companies and investors, thanks to which Russian organizations will be able to gain access to markets in Europe, Asia, the USA, the Middle East and Africa.

The first such agreement was signed by Unicraft team and Global Inc. on joint cooperation and collaboration on the Indian market, during which an online training platform for company's employees will be developed. The final product will be completely customized for Indian market with the company's specifics. The platform implies quick adaptation of new employees, improvement of their performance and efficiency of the company.

"Winter Island 2019

"Winter Island" is a work intensive that aims to develop effective solutions for companies ready to enter the global market.

The event includes project laboratories, expert sessions, master classes, panel discussions, workshops, keynote speakers.

The target audience of the Intensive includes commercial organizations, HR-agencies, managers of large enterprises, educational organizations, and state authorities. A total of 1,500 specialists of Russian companies participated in the event.

The intensive consists of three tracks - export, human resources, and ecosystem.

The objectives of the export track are:

  • preparation of enterprises for export;
  • selecting countries for export and product adaptation;
  • Negotiations with potential customers, operational and financial planning.

The aim of the human resources track is:

  • Training and development of human resources in the digital economy;
  • interaction on the creation of an end-to-end system for the exchange of data on human resources between businesses;
  • exchange of experience in the field of accelerated training / retraining of workers in the digital economy.

The ecosystem track sets objectives for:

  • Accelerating EdTech projects;
  • Creation of new formats of startup development.
