Delovoy SOYUZ delivered equipment for Rosneft in 2019

In the second half of 2019, the research and production enterprise "DELOVOY SOYUZ" signed a contract for the supply of its products with one of the largest holdings in the oil refining industry - PJSC "Rosneft" (the company processes more than 41% of oil in the Russian Federation).

The cooperation of two organizations has been going on for 15 years, and during this time a great number of units and refueling complexes have been produced.

About the project

During the record-breaking four months the company delivered to 22 PJSC Rosneft Oil Company facilities located throughout Russia.

In total 95 units of TZK-100, loading complexes for oil products, racks, steel structures and safety equipment were delivered.

One of the distinctive features of the project is that modified models suitable for different climatic conditions (Rosneft facilities are located both in the central regions and in the north of the country), as well as technical requirements of the customer were manufactured for the project.

Projects at oil refining facilities in 2019.

Over the past year, Delovoy SOYUZ has made several major deliveries for various refining facilities across the country.

For example, in 2019 a contract was signed with Gazpromneft-Terminal JSC for the design and supply of equipment for two facilities in the Moscow region - Ivanovskaya and Paveltsovskaya oil depots (Dolgoprudny). In the course of works 64 oil products metering units were designed.

Another important project for the company is production of equipment for "RN-SNABZHNEFTYUGANSK" at Mamontovskoye oil field where design takes into account climatic features of the region.

12 complexes of commercial accounting of petroleum products TZK-100 have been made for "NK-Primornefteprodukt" JSC.

About Company

Industrial Holding "DELOVOY SOYUZ" has been manufacturing equipment for oil refineries and designing tank farms since 2003.

The main product of the company - unit commercial accounting of petroleum products TZK-100. Its main purpose is accounting and measuring the volume and weight of fuel during its transfer, receipt and dispensing into road and railway tank-cars.

The company not only supplies products, but also has its own production. Currently, it includes a design department, warehouses, paint shops, a department dealing exclusively with new developments and other units. The geography of supply and design bases extends to different regions of Russia and CIS countries.

TZK-100 complexes have many modifications and are manufactured to individual customer requirements.

Along with metering units, produced are top loading structures (SVN-100G), designed for top loading of truck and rail tank cars, as well as other tanks of oil and petroleum products. While the bottom loading consoles - for metered loading of oil and petroleum products and operated as part of automated measuring complexes.

In addition, the company provides services for the design and manufacture of metal structures and loading racks, designed for convenience and safety of personnel at service of road and railway tank cars during loading operations of oil and petroleum products. The factory "Delovoy SOYUZ" also produces additional equipment - filters, gas separators, traffic lights, barriers with/without traffic lights, ramps, power control cabinets, as well as spare parts and various components for models.

Among the organization's customers can be found such major oil refining companies as Rosneft, LUKOIL, Gazpromneft, YUKOS, Alliance, Bashneft, Rosreserve RF, Transneft, JSC NNK-Primornefteprodukt, RN-SNAB-NEFTYUGANSK and others.

"Delovoy SOYUZ" cooperates with many Russian and foreign companies from different spheres and directions starting from construction and assembly companies and oil depots to consulting companies in the sphere of business management and conference organizers. Among such organizations are: "GMS Neftemash", "Gazovik" group of companies, "Topaz", "Khimmash Apparat", "Goralteh", OOO "AZS-Komplekt", Wago, IEK Group, Ligir, Shneider Electric and many others.

At the end of 2019, the company launched a full-fledged dealer program, which included a cooperation agreement with seven organizations within three months.

Future plans

The company management plans to continue cooperation with current customers and partners, as well as enter into contracts for the manufacture and supply of equipment with new organizations and facilities.
