The Russian design furniture brand BELSI represented by its founder Alexey Sibilev for the first time presented his new project, MY BACK, at the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), held annually in Istanbul.
The basis of the project was an orthopedic brace chair from the Skeleton collection, created under the BELSI brand. The concept of MY BACK uses an upgraded version of the chair, the distinctive feature of which is the instantaneous customization of the backrest shape to fit a 3D model of any person's spine.
The project is a combination of modern methods of scanning and a set of exercises, which in the future may be aimed at correcting posture and improving human health in general.
The innovative project MY BACK was the graduation work of the company's founder, Alexey Sibilev, who took part in the Skolkovo program - Exporters 2.0. Sibilev has developed the concept of an innovative center for scanning MY BACK, which combined the unique methods and complexes of therapeutic exercises of the Bubnovsky Center, specializing in kinesitherapy and treatment of the musculoskeletal system, and Try.fit with modern technologies of 3D-scanning of feet for trying on shoes.
