Reconstruction of four oil depots of the Sakhaneftegazsbyt company is planned to begin in 2023 in Yakutia using the mechanism of the Far Eastern concession. This is stated in the press service of the regional government.
"In 2023, the Sakhaneftegazsbyt company will begin activities for the reconstruction of four oil depots: Belogorskaya, Zhiganskaya, Ust-Kuyginskaya and Khandygskaya," the press service noted.
It is specified that the work will be carried out for three years under the Far Eastern Concession program, which will be launched in the Far East in 2021. In accordance with this mechanism, the state compensates up to 100% of the estimated cost of the infrastructure facility for at least 10 years after the commissioning of the facility.
It should be noted that oil depots are involved in ensuring northern delivery in the region, the maximum amount of capital expenditures will be 6.6 billion rubles.
