Kuban door manufacturer increased production by 80%

The Ferroni company from Krasnodar Krai has improved its work processes thanks to the support of the national project "Labor Productivity". This was told in the Ministry of Economy of the region.

According to their information, for six months, with the help of experts from the regional competence center, they worked on optimizing the process of shipping metal doors. As a result, we have reduced the flow time by 40 minutes, reduced reserves by 12%, and increased production by almost 80%.

The company "Ferroni" produces 160 thousand doors per month. This is 95% of the total volume of the Russian market. The company also actively promotes its product abroad. It delivers doors to 28 countries already.
