Developer Sminex bought the developer Inteco for 38 billion rubles

Alexey Tulupov's development company Sminex bought the Inteco business, created by one of the richest women in Russia, Elena Baturina, for 38 billion rubles. This is the largest transaction on the market since 2015, Kommersant reported with reference to a message from Trust Bank, which owned Inteco.

The deal includes Inteco's assets in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don, including seven metropolitan residential projects with a total area of 1.4 million square meters under design and construction. The developer ranks 38th in the ranking of the largest Russian developers.

Its revenue for 2021 amounted to 60.4 billion rubles, EBITDA — 21.7 billion rubles, Trust managed Inteco since 2018.
