The first 14 Moscow companies have completed the pilot stage of the national project "Labor Productivity". This allowed enterprises to increase production on average by more than a third. This was told by the head of the capital's Department of Economic Policy and Development Maria Bagreeva.
Her words are quoted by the press service of the city government.
"Today, 14 participants of the national project have already completed the pilot six-month stage of its implementation by introducing lean production tools. As a result, some enterprises have almost doubled the volume of manufactured products without additional costs and, on average, reduced production time by more than a third. Thanks to the work carried out, the companies were able to free up internal funds for development," Bagreeva noted.
She also clarified that in addition, as part of the implementation of the national project, employees of enterprises were trained and acquired competencies that will allow them to independently implement the best practices in other departments in the future.
