Ryazan Plant of metal-ceramic Devices became a participant of the project "Made in Russia"
Ryazan Plant of Metal-Ceramic Devices (RZMKP), from Ryazan, has unique equipment and technologies and has been the only manufacturer of magnetically controlled sealed contacts (reed switches) and products based on them in Russia and CIS countries for almost 60 years.
The date of foundation is 1963. In 1999, RZMKP was corporatized, 100% of the company's shares belong to the holding of JSC "Russian Electronics" of the Rostec State Corporation.
JSC "RZMKP" is an export-oriented enterprise, the share of supplies to 55 countries of the world is kept at around 90%. QMS is certified according to the international requirements of ISO 9001. The plant was awarded the title of "Exporter of the Year" in the commodity group 853650 and included in the "Gold Rating" group.
Ryazan Plant of Metal–Ceramic Devices is a modern, high-tech enterprise with significant production capacities that allow producing demanded and competitive products of industrial, technical and special purpose, in demand on the world market. The company specializes in the development and serial production of more than 30 types of sealed magnetically controlled contacts (reed switches), products based on them (relays, switches, sensors) and solar modules.
A wide range of applications of reed switches: onboard space and aviation electronic equipment, ground-based military equipment, civil transport, security and fire alarm systems, industrial automation, household "white" equipment and even toys. Reed switches are used as contact pairs of various relays, switches, buttons, sensors and indicators in household appliances, automotive, medical and telecommunications equipment, automation and security systems.
Sealed magnetically controlled contacts (reed switches) are a class of universal elements of switching technology. Reed switches are ferromagnetic contact parts hermetically sealed in a glass cylinder filled with nitrogen. The control is performed by the external magnetic field of the coil or permanent magnet. They are used as the element base of relays, switches, buttons, distributors, signaling devices and other electrical devices.

- closing and switching
- low and medium power
- with increased switching power
- high voltage and high frequency
- with a bulb length from 7 to 50 mm
- in a plastic shell and for SMD mounting.
Advantages of reed switches: tightness ensures safe operation in conditions of high humidity, dust, in the environment of active liquids and gases; durability, service life of reed switches up to 25 years; low electrical resistance; stable electrical characteristics in a wide temperature range (from -60 to +155C); resistance to high mechanical loads; immunity to radiation; low control power; high speed; small size and weight; low cost.

They are designed for surface mounting on non-metallic surfaces, flush mounting in non-metallic surfaces and switching circuits that provide an alarm signal.
Reed relays are designed for switching DC and AC electrical circuits with a frequency of up to 10 kHz in communication devices, automation, telemetry and many other areas.
Magnets are used to control reed switches in various products, including detectors and limit switches.
Liquid level indicator CIRCUIT SU-Zh – for indicating and regulating the level of neutral or aggressive liquids in process tanks. A sensor with six level control points, represented by reed switches with magnets, which are installed by order of the buyer, as well as the condition of the reed switches themselves (normally open or normally closed) with an empty tank. When the float passes through the control point (increasing the level), the corresponding reed switch changes its state and retains it until the float passes in the opposite direction (decreasing the level). The KONTUR-SU-Zh plant has already been installed in seven acid tanks in the system of new treatment facilities. One such sensor replaces six conductometric level detectors.
Sensors of the SENSOR-BLE series are designed to monitor the parameters of cars, railway and stationary refrigerators, cold storage and cooling showcases in stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, warehouses of distribution centers with a special temperature regime.
MultiLogger NB/BLE is designed to monitor critical parameters in the production, storage and transportation of food, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biological substances, other temperature-sensitive goods, as well as goods requiring certain storage and transportation conditions.
To date, the Ryazan plant of metal-ceramic devices pays great attention to the domestic market. The topic of import substitution is more relevant than ever.
In April 2022, RZMKP JSC took part in the joint exposition of the Holding "Roselectronics" in the 25th International exhibition of electronic components, modules and components "Expoelectronics-2022", which was held at the international exhibition center "Crocusexpo" in Moscow.
Expoelectronics is traditionally a meeting place for leaders of the electronic industry and is held with state support.
Participation in this exhibition confirms the status of a reliable manufacturer or supplier of electronic components, modules and components.
The exposition presented the current line of the main products of JSC "RZMKP" - sealed contacts (reed switches), as well as various products based on them: reed switches and switches, security detectors.
In addition, new developments of the enterprise were presented at the exhibition:
liquid level indicator Circuit SU-Zh (for indicating and regulating the level of neutral or aggressive liquids in process tanks);
the security detector IO 102-4/1 and the limit switch VK-3, the design of which provides easy installation to the busbars of electrical circuits, and the products themselves are made in new design housings.
