Reinforced concrete products plant to be launched in Surgut district

The production of reinforced concrete products with a capacity of 100 thousand cubic meters per year will be built in the suburb of Surgut in the urban settlement of Solnechny in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO). The volume of investments in the implementation of the project will amount to 1.5 billion rubles. Andrey Trubetskoy, the head of the Surgut district, wrote about this in his Telegram channel."We have signed an agreement on the construction of a plant for the production of reinforced concrete products in Solnechnoye.

The volume of investments is 1.5 billion rubles. The goal of the project is to create a modern plant with a capacity of up to 100 thousand cubic meters [annually] with a 10% reduction in cost. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the pace of housing construction, plus a social effect - the creation of new jobs," Trubetskoy wrote.

He also noted that the agreement was signed at the international forum-exhibition "Russian Industrialist" in St. Petersburg. The investor is the company "Reinforced Concrete Industry".

The implementation of the project will take five years - from 2022 to 2027.
