From December 1 in Russia it is possible to equip hamams and solariums directly in apartments

Hamams and private solariums can be installed in apartments, while the permit will not apply to baths and saunas.

"In paragraph 5.2.8, the sixth paragraph should be worded as follows: baths and saunas (except steam rooms of the "hamam" type and infrared cabins, as well as individual saunas in apartments)," the amendments to the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia indicate.
