Production of electronic components in Russia will be localized within two years

Within two years, it will be possible to localize the production of key electronic components in Russia. So far, it is the production of automotive electronics that is one of the problematic aspects in our country. This is reported by TASS with reference to the words of the Director General of Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov.

According to the agency, Russian manufacturers are now busy rebuilding to direct cooperation with national suppliers of radio electronics.

"Thanks to this activation, most of the critical electronic components in the automotive industry will be localized within the next two years," Chemezov told TASS.

He also drew attention to the fact that the Russian industry has made serious progress in import substitution in aviation, medicine, power engineering, electronics and many other segments.
