The traditional Christmas fair and the GUM rink will start working on November 28 on Red Square in Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the rink.

The press service noted that in the fabulous casket houses Muscovites and guests of the capital will be able to buy national souvenirs, Christmas tree toys, warm mittens and goods of Russian folk craft: Pavloposadsky and Orenburg shawls, birch bark products, Yaroslavl majolica.

On the opening day of the GUM rink, each visitor will have the opportunity to purchase tea or coffee for just one ruble.

"The GUM rink will be open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. The skating rink on Red Square is distinguished by its impeccable ice, cheerful music, colorful illumination, the atmosphere of a Russian fairy-tale winter and, of course, a view of the most famous sights of the city. In order for the ice to be equally smooth for all skaters, after each session its surface is processed by a special technique for 30 minutes," the press service said.
