Volgabas intends to assemble buses for Khabarovsk TOR

In the Khabarovsk Territory, the authorities have picked up a place for a bus assembly site, which the Volgabas machine-building holding is going to organize. Production is planned to be placed on the TOP (Territories of advanced development – approx. editorial offices) "Khabarovsk". The information is published on the website of the Khabarovsk Krai government.

"Representatives of Volgabas and VEB.The Russian Federation visited the Rakitnoye site in the Khabarovsk TOR and assessed its capabilities on the spot in terms of electricity and heat supply, the condition of access roads. After discussing what they saw in the government of the region, investors decided to register the company in the territory of the region," the words of the Minister of Economic Development of the region Viktor Kalashnikov are quoted in the message.

In Khabarovsk, it is planned to create a full production cycle of bus equipment, up to 1 thousand units per year will be manufactured. It is planned to launch the assembly site and release the main components.
