In Russia, the issue of implementing a system for the development of the beauty industry in small towns and villages is being worked out. The project already claims to be further developed and integrated into the federal project. Igor Stoyanov, the founder and president of the Persona beauty salon chain, told the correspondent of Made in Russia about this at the Beauty Event: Made in Russia exhibition and forum.

"We have been developing the Happy Beauty Master project for the second year. We are ready to work together with some large federal company. At the moment, we are engaged in it on our own, but there are already prerequisites for its development into a federal program," he said.According to him, tools are already available on the market that will allow entrepreneurs, both beginners and experienced, to improve their work and attract new customers.

"We have developed the "Diary of a Happy beauty Master" - a platform - curriculum and book, it can be purchased for 1.5 thousand rubles. Work on it is carried out in the areas of "Finance", "Efficiency", "Personal brand" and "Profession", - he said.Stoyanov also noted that the second program involves restyling of beauty salons - this is assistance to entrepreneurs and businesses.
