The construction of a new residential district in Yakutsk will be completed in 2034

The Group of Companies (GC) "Starway" has been provided with project financing in the amount of 46.6 billion rubles for the construction of a new Lena Pillars microdistrict in Yakutsk. Cooperation agreement with the developer bank "DOM.The Russian Federation" signed at the Eastern Economic Forum-2022.

According to the project of complex development, modern houses of different storeys will be built on the site of the river port on the banks of the Lena River, their living area will exceed 360 thousand square meters.

The project provides for a phased transfer of the port outside the city with the preservation of all jobs. A modern public space with a landscaped pedestrian embankment, art objects and light installations will appear on the site of the production site.

The privacy of residents will be ensured by "courtyards without cars" closed to passers-by with playgrounds and landscaping. Warm parking spaces will be located in stylobates and multi-storey parking. The commissioning of the first buildings is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026, the work will be fully completed in 2034.
