In 1994 she graduated from the North Ossetian State University after Khetagurov, specialty - Economy, Accounting, Analysis and Audit.
In 2010 she graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Law faculty.
During her student years Larisa Daueva worked as a broker at the stock exchange, later becoming the first female broker in her native republic.
After moving to Moscow, she began her career in the company Bystrov (now owned by Nestle), where she rose from secretary at the reception to the financial director of the project VELLE. She also worked at NIDAN Group of Companies, Imperial Tea and others.
Most of her career Daueva worked under the leadership of a famous businessman Sergey Vyhodtsev, where she was formed as a specialist and an entrepreneur. At his suggestion, Daueva headed the finances of an innovative project for the development of the ecological resort Organic Escape on the territory of Northern Baikal.
The project Madjo became a logical continuation of the passed professional way, accumulated knowledge and skills, having absorbed all the accumulated experience, unique culture of the native land and trends in the market of healthy products.
