Alexander Khairulin, born in 1947, co-founder of Sphinx company.

Khairulin - a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Electronic Machine Building (now the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics), working experience since 1972 at the enterprises of the Almaz Central Design Bureau and Spectrum company as chief designer.

Alexander Khairulin is the author of dozens of copyright certificates and patents.
