Sergey Sergeevich Brusov is the founder of NEW BIOMEDICAL SOLUTIONS, the Doctor of Chemical Sciences. He is also the General Director of NAPOLI company, which develops, manufactures and sells innovative bioplastic materials.

In 2013, he graduated from Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies named after Lomonosov in the field of 240100 Chemical Technology (Master's Degree).

In 2015, Brusov won the Russian Youth Award in the field of nanotechnology from RUSNANO.

In 2018, he defended his Doctor of Sciences thesis in Bio-Organic Chemistry.

NEW BIOMEDICAL SOLUTIONS company is engaged in the development and production of medical devices and dressing materials. Brusov has developed hemostatic means to stop external bleeding based on ELLARGA biopolymers. The product ELLARGA is made in two versions in the form of bandage and powder, it has already been registered and sold in Russia.
