Evgeniya Konkol is the head, founder and president of Spectrum-Travel company. She is a full member of the Russian International Academy for Tourism, Chairman of the Russian-Philippine Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

In 1976, Evgeniya Konkol graduated with a red diploma from the Experimental Department of Economic Cybernetics of Perm State University, specializing in economics and cybernetics. After graduation in 1984, Evgeniya Konkol entered the postgraduate course at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where in 1987 she successfully defended her thesis and received the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 2006, Evgeniya Konkol for her contribution to the revival of Russian philanthropy and charity was awarded the Order of the Maecenas of the Fifth Degree, as well as a statuette of Good Angel of Russia.
