Before that Andrey Alexandrovich worked in the Central Scientific Research Radio Engineering Institute named after academician Berg as the head of the department of broadband microwave power amplifiers development.
As the Chief Designer of Microwave Systems company Kishchinsky supervises research and development works on development and production of complex multifunctional microwave devices: continuous mode amplifiers and pulse L, S, C, X-bands, multichannel microwave amplifier modules, ultra-wideband receiving and transmitting modules for active electronically scanned arrays and others. Due to his efforts, the palette of microwave modules manufactured by the company has exceeded one hundred different products for application in electronic warfares and radar systems.
Kishchinsky is the author of more than 80 scientific papers, including those published in the journals Issues of Radio Electronics, Special Electronics, Electronics - NTB, Reviews of Electronic Engineering, he is also the author of more than 50 reports at scientific and technical conferences.
For many years he has been a permanent member of the Program Committee of the annual International Crimean Conference (Sevastopol) Microwave and Telecommunication Technology, headed the section of solid-state microwave modules.
Kishchinsky is respected by his employees as an experienced developer who is able to effectively manage the scientific teams, pass on rich experience to his subordinates, which allows solving complex production tasks in a short period of time.
