He graduated from the 3rd Moscow Cadet Corps named after Alexander Nevsky in 2008 with a silver medal.
After graduation, he entered the Bauman Moscow State Technical University at the Faculty of Biomedical Technologies, Department of Engineering in Medical and Biological Practice. He graduated from it in 2014, having received a specialist diploma. At the same time, in 2013 he entered the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), specialty Management at enterprises of high-tech industries, which he graduated from in 2015 with a bachelor's degree.
At the end of 2013, he began his work as an engineer in MEDPLANT- manufacturer of medical devices for emergency care. He participated in the development of such products as: tourniquet - turnstile to stop arterial bleeding, ambulance trolley Volokushi and monitor CO2.
In early 2018, he was promoted and was appointed head of the Design and Technology Department. Under his supervision, projects were implemented to develop a portable syringe dispenser and quality indicator for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. At present, work on several other projects is in progress, including the development of a portable transport monitor.
In 2019, Tyurin took part in the All-Russian competition Leaders of Russia in science specialization.
