He graduated from the Siberian State Industrial University with a degree in Automation of technological processes. He worked in IT-technologies sphere.

In 2006, he became the founder and CEO of X-Media Digital. As part of the company's activities, the online cinema Get Movies was created, which became the first legal platform for viewing and buying media content on the Runet. For 14 years X-Media Digital has been actively working in the field of online distribution, entered the international market, and became the largest partner of YouTube for children's animated content in Russia.

Since 2013, the company X-Media Digital is working on the production of its own content. Viktor Titarenko is the producer of many successful projects of the company, among which: multi-part animation film The little princess, Cars Cars, Magic Pik, Happy Counting and many others.

Initially, the company's projects were created specifically for Internet sites, but later they went beyond the Internet space and are now broadcast on major TV channels, such as Carousel, Mult, Mama, Detskiy, Malysh, as well as translated into many languages for broadcasting abroad.

Under the leadership of Viktor Titarenko as a content distributor and producer, X-Media Digital has made a great contribution to the development of children's online industry in Russia.
