She started her career in 2004 as a foreign economic activity manager of Soyuz-Video, the largest video distribution company in Russia, which was a part of Soyuz Group.
In 2007, after graduating from the university with a degree in Public Relations, she moved to the position of Chief Specialist for International Distribution of TV Channel Russia, which is part of the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, and two years later headed the international distribution department of the Foreign Economic Association Sovteleexport, which is the Sales House of the holding.
In 2012, she moved to the position of General Director of the independent distribution company Total Content, where she was engaged in strategic development of the company.
In 2014, with 10 years of experience and management in the field of media, Olga Zatulkina founded her own distribution company Odin-Media, which in less than six years in its segment took a leading position in the Russian and international film market, supplying high-quality, original and spectacular documentary and feature content to Russia and the international market - to Europe, America, China and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The company's partners are both major foreign channels (RTVE, Discovery Channel, CCTV, ZDF, ARTE, etc.) and leaders of Video on Demand platforms in Russia and abroad (Okko, ivi, Amazon Video, Tubi TV).
In parallel with the development of the company's distribution business, Zatulkina successfully produces documentary projects together with European and Chinese partners. For several years the result of regular joint work of Odin-Media with Format TV and German film company Looks Film&TV productions was large-scale documentary projects, some of which were adapted for Netflix platform: historical and biographical multiseries documentary film The Cuba Libre Story and historical documentary series The Tank Era.
