Sklyaruk is a graduate of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (PhD in Physics and Mathematics), Moscow Metropolitan Governance Yury Luzhkov University, Executive Master of Business Administration of Russian Academy of Science and Technology, and continued his training under the strategic management program (Erasmus University, Rotterdam).
