In 2001 he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Working life
From 2001 to 2004 he worked in the central office of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Department of Security and Disarmament.
From 2004 to 2007, he served as Vice-Consul of the Russian Consulate General in New York.
From 2008 to 2016, he was Commercial Director at the holding of Svyaz Engineering.
From 2011 to the present time - General Director of Parus Electro.

Founder of the Association of Manufacturers and Operators of Electric Transportation Infrastructure.
He actively cooperates with representatives of Russian authorities, participates in the development of legislative and regulatory documents concerning the development of infrastructure for electric transport and alternative energy in Russia.
