In 1995, he graduated from the school with a gold medal, a prize-winner of all-Russian and Soros Olympiads of schoolchildren. In 2000, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 2004, he received a Candidate of Sciences degree in Bio-Organic Chemistry, and in 2014, he received an additional education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, specializing in Management and Organization of Enterprise.

In the course of his career he was engaged in synthesis of biologically active substances, development of paintwork materials, adhesives and compounds, liquid floors. For more than 5 years Adamov worked in the German concern Evonik. He has experience in organization and management of chemical laboratory, production enterprise, held the positions of the head of laboratory and general director.

In 2015 he quit his hired job and organized a laboratory on development of ultraviolet-curing materials for 3D printing on his own funds. In 2017 he founded the company HARZ Labs, later HARZ Labs Distribution. At present, he is the CEO and chief developer of HARZ Labs.

By 2020 he has developed a number of photopolymers for dentistry, foundry industry and engineering. He conducts webinars and seminars on 3D printing in dentistry in Russian and English, and has earned a high reputation among dentists and dental technicians.
