As of December 31 2014, Mr Alexey Tyupanov is the CEO of EXIAR, the Russian Export Credit Agency. He has been with EXIAR since its creation in various posts and in 2014 served as Member of the Board, Managing Director of Business Development and Underwriting.

Prior to joining EXIAR, Mr Tyupanov held different positions, amongst others as Head of Debt Finance Division at Vnesheconombank, Director of Debt Capital Markets & Financial Institutions at Eurocommerce bank and also as Head of Funding & Investor Relations at Bank of Moscow. He holds a BSc degree in mechanics and mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, further to an MBA from State University of Management.
