The company Zhavoronok XXI VEK was founded in 1999. At present, the company is one of the main manufacturers of speed limiting devices Nadezhny Control 80 battery mass switches (battery) in Russia.
The company has a developed network of distributors of its own products in all regions of the Russian Federation. Among its regular partners are the largest companies-carriers of the Moscow region: TransStroyMechanization, GAZPROMNEFT-Transport, Neftmagistral, Komplex-Oil, Cherkizovo Group and others. History of the company
At the initial stage of the company's development, the main activity of the company was wholesale of refined products - supply of private filling stations, motor transport enterprises, boiler rooms and asphalt plants with diesel fuel, motor gasoline, fuel oil, bitumen and other petroleum products. Over time, for the convenience of customers, Zhavoronok XXI VEK purchased the first gasoline truck and opened a new business - transportation of petroleum products.
However, during the financial crisis of 2008, the situation in the transportation sector deteriorated, and the major players in the oil industry acquired their own fleet, which further aggravated the situation of private carriers. Due to this situation, the company's management decided to significantly reduce the number of vehicles, expand the area and staff for maintenance and repair of third-party carriers' vehicles.
Thus, since 2009, the main activities of the company Zhavoronok XXI VEK were the repair and maintenance of trucks, as well as installation of additional equipment. A fairly large part of the company's clients were carriers of petroleum products. Due to the fact that the field of transportation of dangerous goods has always been tightly controlled by regulatory authorities, Zhavoronok XXI VEK, knowing all the nuances from the inside, always found the best solution for their customers.
- Later, in a short time, having assembled a team of specialists, Zhavoronok XXI VEK was the first in Russia to develop, produce and test a test sample of speed limit device. In 2014, the new device was certified under the brand name Nadezhny Control, and its production - was established in the necessary volumes. At the moment, all vehicles carrying dangerous goods, as well as buses carrying organized groups of children must be equipped with such devices.
- Soon Zhavoronok XXI VEK established production of another necessary product - the main switch of automotive battery Nadezhny Contact. Its sales were also quite successful for the company.

Zhavoronok XXI VEK has been producing its own design - speed limiting device Nadezhny Control 80 - since 2012 in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001-2011
In the process of development by employees of the company Zhavoronok XXI VEK was organized several stages of testing the device directly on vehicles. Due to the fact that Zhavoronok XXI VEK is part of a group of companies, members of which are also transport companies, the tests of speed limiting devices Nadezhny Control 80 were conducted on different equipment.
As a result, the workers of the company managed to create a reliable and durable device with maximum service life, easy to install on the vehicle. The advantage of the device is also in unification: Nadezhny Control 80 is suitable for installation on most types of vehicles.
Nadezhny Control 80 limitation device has type approval in accordance with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 89 and is certified in the framework of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU018/2011 (On the safety of wheeled vehicles), which allows to freely distribute and use it on all types of transport.
Export
At the moment, the account of Zhavoronok XXI VEK has several single deliveries to Egypt, UAE, Australia, Mexico and Estonia.
- Since 2019, the company's management has focused on foreign markets for the sale of automotive components.
- By the end of 2021, it is planned to establish stable partnerships with foreign companies-consumers of products and significantly increase the share of export sales.
- At the same time, Zhavoronok XXI VEK actively participates in relevant programs of Moscow Export Center.
By the end of 2020 it is planned to release a new version of the speed limiting device that will allow to use on cars of any manufacturer
