The international holding is considering the Omsk region for the implementation of investment projects

Ginza Project International holding company will probably implement investment projects in the Omsk region. This is reported by the press service of the regional government following the meeting of Governor Alexander Burkov with representatives of the holding.

"The regional government held a working meeting of the head of the region, members of the regional Cabinet of Ministers and the Omsk City Hall with representatives of the international multidisciplinary holding Ginza Project. The investor has a number of proposals for the region. In particular, the possibility of implementing an investment project on the territory of the city for the reconstruction of municipal markets and the development of hotel infrastructure is being considered," the report says.

Ginza Project is an international holding company that owns and manages more than a hundred establishments in St. Petersburg, Moscow, New York, London. These are restaurants, hotels, markets, public spaces and city services. According to the press service, the investor proposed to develop a network of roadside service facilities in the region, for example, on highways that lead to tourist sites in the region. The creation of modern bath and wellness complexes in Omsk on the basis of municipal public baths is also being considered.
