The issuance of a family mortgage in Russia for 10 months exceeded the entire 2021 year

In the period from January to October 2022, about 140 thousand loans were issued in Russia under the family mortgage program. This is already more than in the whole of 2021. This is stated in the press service of the DOM.RF.

"The population is particularly interested in family mortgages, which are also of great demographic importance. Since the beginning of the year, about 140 thousand families have improved their living conditions with its help - more loans have already been issued than for the whole of last year," the report says.

They also recalled that in 2021, 132.9 thousand loans were issued on a family mortgage. The total amount of loans for the entire duration of the program exceeded 1.5 trillion rubles. Since the beginning of the year, 33.5 million square meters of new housing have already been put on the market - about the same as in the same period last year. As a result, the portfolio of multi-apartment construction has been held at more than 100 million square meters for more than two months, the last time it was at this level was in April 2020.
